2020 Registration forms are now available
All Players are required to complete a Membership form to join our Club. This form includes your details, any medical conditions, emergency contacts and other important details.
All members for 2020 will require to complete a new form and hand to your coordinator.
Players are also required to complete a Registration form each year and pay a registration fee. This will cover you as a member and provide insurance. The registration form is to be completed and handed to your coordinator on your first day of attendance at the club each year. Payment of fee is to be made within 3 weeks.
Note :- TTV has reduced the Adult registration to $100 per year for an Adult. The new forms are below. If you have already submitted a form you do not need to re submit.
TTV has altered what concessions are valid for membership for 2020, this link provides the details. There are now more concession rates available to members. Note you will need to provide a copy of your concession card to be eligible
